| Web browser based phone service | A web broswer based phone allows you to make a phone call directly form your web browser. It uses your computer's speakers and microphone so make sure you have a microphone ready and speakers on before making a call. You can also use a headset, as long as it is configured correctly. Using our web phone you can call anywhere in the world as long as you have enough funds in your account. Check our call rates to find out how much it costs to call your destination. Rates for Canada are fixed at CAD 1.5 cents per minute and USA at CAD 2.0 per minute. We do per second billing. |

| VoIP Devices | You can also register an ATA, IP phone or a softphone with us. The registration information is sent via email to the users at the time of registration. |
| PBX | Currently we don't have online PBX interface, but we do offer all the PBX services, which include IVR menus, autoattendant, Queues, etc. You can contact us at support@visionvoip.com for further details. There is no additional cost associated with PBX services, you just pay for the minutes you use. |
